I love flipping through my photo files and playing with the pictures, but lately they've all started begging to be posted. "Pick me! Pick me!" they say. "Okay," I tell them, "but just for a little while." So here I am, ponying up one digital image a day, every day. (Click on any image to enlarge it.)
ugly, did you ever taste the meat? we had some people working at the plant from your area, they brought some back one time from Louiseanna but people flogged them for a taste and I didn't get to taste the meat.
Patsy, I've eaten it a couple of times. To me it tasted like tough, chewy chicken. I'd rather eat regular (tender) chicken. The little gator in the picture was just over a foot long and didn't appear nearly as vicious until I zoomed in on those sharp teeth and evil-looking eyes.

Only fresh gator meat tastes good... once it's frozen... ick!
Scary looking pic!
