I love flipping through my photo files and playing with the pictures, but lately they've all started begging to be posted. "Pick me! Pick me!" they say. "Okay," I tell them, "but just for a little while." So here I am, ponying up one digital image a day, every day. (Click on any image to enlarge it.)
Thanks, Jackie. By "big photos" I mean high resolution, capable of being printed in large sizes. This particular one was shot with a zoom lens, and there were half a dozen birds, some trees, part of a building, etc., in the photo. Because the resolution was high, I could crop away everything but the one bird and still have an image sharp enough to post.

this is fantastic! I'd love to get a shot like this.
Janet, the secret is to take big photos so the resolution will be high enough when you crop the heck out of them.
Love your work. What do you mean about taking "big photos"
